Interesting: "People either want to be entertained, learn something, or waste time." I'm not the best entertainer but I can get people to waste time with my posts and ads which leads them to actually learn something. I hadn't thought about it in that way before.
I have noticed that almost every problem that arises was due to a communication or a human situation (emotions, perceptions, etc.) and that most people will choose the better experience when selecting a vendor or a person to work with on their team.
